Which collections are available?
Garden Utility covers hose storage, leaf scoops, a compost collection caddy and a boot brush. Planting Essentials includes a garden soil sieve and handheld bulb planter. Patio Living includes a plant caddy, ceramic birdbath-style bowl, patio cushions and a garden side table.
Are hoses, plants and styling props included?
Only the components expressly listed with each product are supplied. Hoses, plants, bulbs, soil, pots and styling props are excluded unless listed. Check the included-items section before ordering.
Is the compost caddy a composting machine?
No. It is a container for collecting suitable scraps before transfer to an appropriate waste or composting arrangement. Follow the finished product’s cleaning instructions, empty regularly and do not assume odor-proofing or airtight performance unless specified.
What should I check before mounting a hose holder?
Check the mounting surface, the finished product’s instructions and any included fittings. Use fixings appropriate to your wall. Do not attach to an unsuitable or unstable surface or exceed any stated load limit. Ask us before purchase if mounting details are unclear.
Can the patio products stay outside all year?
Do not assume weatherproofing, frost resistance or a permanent outdoor rating. Protect ceramic pieces from freezing and impact, keep cushions clean and dry, and follow item-specific guidance for wood, metal and fabric. Sheltered use and dry storage can help you maintain products, but care does not create a rating not stated in the listing.
Can I sit or stand on the plant caddy or side table?
No. These products are not seats, steps or play equipment. Use them on stable, level surfaces and follow stated load limits and assembly instructions. Check a plant caddy’s wheels and stability before moving a planted pot.
Does the birdbath bowl guarantee bird visits?
No. Wildlife visits depend on location and local conditions. Set the bowl securely, maintain clean water where appropriate and follow care guidance. It is not sold as a food-service bowl or animal enclosure.
Can I change an order?
Contact us promptly with your order number. We will review the request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has progressed.
How do deliveries and returns work?
Review the shipping charges and stated estimates at checkout. For an ordinary change-of-mind return, contact us within 30 days after delivery; items should be unused, clean, complete and in their original packaging. Contact us promptly about damaged or incorrect deliveries. Mandatory defect and consumer rights remain separate from ordinary return conditions.
