Return & Refund Policy

Ordinary return window
Request a change-of-mind return by emailing service@vjyxnz.com within 30 days after delivery. Include your order number, the items concerned and the reason for the request. We will provide the return destination and instructions; do not send items to the business address without instructions.
Condition of returned goods
For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, clean, complete and in their original packaging, with supplied accessories and labels. Soil sieves, bulb planters, boot brushes and compost caddies must not have been used with soil, waste or organic material. Cushions must be unused and unwashed. Mounted or assembled items must remain unaltered, without damage or missing fittings. These ordinary eligibility conditions do not restrict statutory rights for defective, unsafe or misdescribed goods.
Return postage
You are responsible for reasonable return postage for a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise. Keep proof of dispatch and pack items securely, especially ceramic bowls and furniture components. If we sent the wrong item or supplied an item damaged or defective on arrival, we cover reasonable necessary return costs or arrange another suitable remedy.
Damage or defects
Contact us promptly with a description and, where useful, photographs of the product and packaging. Stop using damaged fittings, furniture or broken ceramic items. We assess the circumstances and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Such claims are not limited to the ordinary 30-day return window or unused-item requirements.
Refund review and timing
We will notify you after reviewing the returned item. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days after approval to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider posting times are additional. Original delivery charges are refunded when required by law or when the return results from our error; otherwise they are not refundable after the delivery service has been provided.
Exchanges and cancellations
Contact us to discuss an exchange; stock availability is not guaranteed. A return and new order may be required. Cancellation requests can only be accepted where fulfillment can still be stopped. We will explain the available options before proceeding.
Consumer rights
Mandatory cancellation, warranty and consumer protection rights continue to apply. Where applicable law provides a longer period or different remedy, those requirements take precedence over ordinary change-of-mind conditions.
