Purchases through vjyxnz.com are offered by Chongqing Yixida Technology Co., Ltd., trading as vjyxnz™. These terms apply alongside the product information and our Shipping and Return & Refund Policies, subject to applicable consumer law.

Placing an order

You must be legally able to contract or have the necessary authorization. Provide accurate delivery, contact and payment details. An automated receipt acknowledges submission; acceptance occurs when we expressly accept or dispatch the order, subject to applicable law. If we cannot supply an item, we notify you and refund payment for the unfulfilled item.

Products and included components

Review the listing, included pieces, dimensions and use instructions before purchase. Display settings can affect photographic colors, but this does not excuse material misdescription. Plants, seeds, soil, hoses and styling props are excluded unless listed. No growing outcomes, load rating, water-tightness or weather resistance is promised unless expressly specified.

Prices and payment

The checkout displays the order currency and final amount, including charges calculated there. Review the total before paying. If a material pricing or listing error is identified, we will contact you about the available options rather than impose a changed price without agreement.

Use and product care

Use products only as directed. Keep planting edges, small fittings and waste collection accessories away from children. Secure mounted items to an appropriate surface using suitable fittings. Plant caddies and side tables are not seats or steps. Use furniture on stable, level surfaces, respect any stated load limits, and inspect items for damage. Store cushions dry and protect ceramic pieces from impact and freezing conditions.

Delivery and returns

Delivery availability, charges and stated estimates apply to your order. Contact us promptly about changes, delivery issues or returns. The separate Shipping and Return & Refund Policies describe the process; mandatory local protections take precedence where applicable.

Responsibility and consumer protections

Each party remains responsible under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts mandatory remedies for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods. We do not guarantee growing outcomes that depend on seeds, environment and user care.

Questions, disputes and updates

Contact us with your order details so we can seek a resolution. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory rights or access to competent courts or regulators. Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order.
